  • Executive Career Coaching to assist LEOs in making the often difficult decision to leave law enforcement, choosing the right professional path and preparing for phone, video and in-person interviews

  • Connecting LEOs and major employers across a broad swath of industry segments in the private sector, through targeted position identification and continuous promotion of their skills and experiences on LinkedIn and other key social media platforms

 

In addition, regardless of his or her specific situation, each LEO joining our program has ongoing access to our team, whether through informal conversation or via a custom-designed longer-term Coaching program tailored to each individual’s needs
